There isn’t a lot new happening out there this week. The weather has been not bad for the time of year, a bit of rain, a bit of sun, a few grey skies. Today was a really lovely day, with no need for my big winter coat. We have been out all afternoon, so these pictures were quickly taken when we got home. Anyway, here are my Six on Saturday and thanks once again to The Propagator for allowing us to share what is going on in our gardens.
First up, the new King’s Seeds catalogue. While it is fine to browse online, there is something about a paper version, where you can mark things up, that is so enjoyable. I’ve been looking at the herb pages and thinking about what things are good for pots. Ideas always welcome!
With blue skies up above, I was able to take a better picture of the magnolia buds at the back of the house. Counting the days….
Bulb update: the last lot planted are now beginning to pop up. I’m hoping for a flowers for a decent period.
Yes! My first daffodil! No other words necessary.
Another picture of the muscari, just because I really like them, the colour, the shape, just everything about them really.
And again, just because I can, another camellia.
So that’s it from me. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s beautiful gardens in other parts of the world.
