I am a morning person. It is when I am my best and most productive. Afternoons are the worst, and I would love to take a break between 2pm and 3pm every day when my brain likes to sleep. It is no secret that I love a good breakfast. No full of sugar smoothie or fruit plate (tried it once, and an hour later craved a bacon sandwich) for me – I’m a toast or bread girl.

I love the morning light, a walk in morning, breathing in the fresh air of a new day. A new day offers possibilities and perhaps challenges. A new day may be full of excitement and adventure – well we can but hope.

It is Saturday morning here in New Zealand, and we are up in Napier for the weekend. Looking forward to the day ahead and what it may bring!

HI, we are morning people, big time. My hubby works with the stock market and is up by 5 or 5:30. Which is fine with me. We agree with you that our most productive time is first thing in the morning. If I don’t have a 2 o’clock cup of coffee, then I will drop like a stone! We usually go for a work out in the afternoon or early evening because we are mentally dead by then! Glad to know there are others like us out there! 🙂
Yes a walk or bit of exercise at slump time is a great idea! 🙂
I am with you ..mornings are the best time before the world awakes….Not everyone in my house shares that sentiment though…lol
