It’s been a few weeks since I’ve done one of Cee’s Share Your World Challenge. Things have been so busy, and of course last week was a week that began with a 7.8 earthquake in the South Island that, believe it or not, moved Wellington 6cm north! Anyway, even though I’m not American and don’t celebrate Thanksgiving, it is a good week to think about what I am grateful for. So here we go
What are you grateful for in regard to:
Your home life?
My husband.

Your family?
My parents. My father died when I was 19, my mum lived until she was 92.
Your blogging community?
It would be so unfair to list those who have supported me most, but can I say a big shout out to all the fellow bloggers out there who sent me lovely messages after the earthquake?
Your city or immediate area in which you live?
Wellington – the best little capital in the world – nothing beats it on a good day.

The country where you live?
I live in New Zealand, a fantastically beautiful country, far from everywhere. We moved here 4 years ago come January 2017, and love it here.
You?
What a hard question! I guess that I have managed to do a lot of the things I wanted to do when I was 10, not everything, but there is still time.
Optional Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week?
That only two people were killed in the earthquake, that all my friends and family are safe. Oh and that Charlie the cat was found, frightened, but safe.
…and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
Naturally, the weekend – Pilates, a massage, dinner with friends and going to the ballet already planned.
Thanks so much for sharing this week. 😀
