So it is time for Cee’s Challenge this week. I started the day with a 7am barre class and ended it with a massage so this might just have influenced my responses!
What was your favorite subject in school?
English without a doubt, as I loved reading and writing, but I also loved Chemistry between the ages of about 12 and 16. Not a good combination in terms of further study, but I guess the mix of language and science manifested itself during my first degree studies in linguistics.
“Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away” (George Carlin). When have you had such a moment?
A tough one! I guess I feel like that when I travel and see a place I want to go to for the first time. For example, when we first came to New Zealand for my husband’s job interview and flew over Wellington, I was so excited to see not only New Zealand but also where we live now. When I flew home to Scotland from Denmark, I always felt like this too, and when I fly over any new place for the first time.
Iceland – Gullfoss, a childhood dream to visit and I did
What’s your choice: jigsaw, crossword, or numeric puzzles?

If you found an obviously abandoned car with $50,000 in the back seat, what would you do?
Tell the police. It might be the clue to solving a crime. I love detective novels and series!
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week
Grateful that the cold only seemed to be a reaction to the flu injection and that the weather continues to be good.
and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
The long Easter weekend and short trip which I will write about here.
Paris, my favourite city
